About the photographer
My name is Justin McCormack and I have been photographing professionally since 2001. My first paid gig was for a wedding that showed me just how complex and wonderful the world of photography can be. It was stressful but rewarding to see all of the beauty in front of me being captured in an instant. I have kept that same sense of awe for every event and model I shoot. I photograph the world the way that I see it. In all of its intricate details, I find a story. And in all of its chaos, I find perfection. This is often reflected in the responses I get from models who tell me, "I didn't know I could look that beautiful!" to which I reply, "That's how you look to me."
About the company
J. McCormack Photography evolved from a small tech company in Upstate New York to a photography company shooting worldwide. I used to specialize in digital art and offered tech support until one day I had enough of fixing people's computers and decided to focus on the thing I was truly passionate about: photography. Since then, I have photographed models and weddings around the world. I love experiencing the many different ways that traditions, cultures, and beauty are expressed in every country I visit. I hope to share some of that beauty with my clients and look forward to working with new amazing people every chance I can.
